Lily is a Hong Kong born from Scotland and The Philippines. She is currently studying the Level 3 BTEC Sports Development Course at King George V in Hong Kong. Her two focused sports are Sailing and Rugby. When there is an opportunity to go out on the water Lily wont turn down the offer. Started sailing at aged 7 at Hebe Haven Yacht Club and still sails there to this day. She has her Level 1-4 Hong Kong Sailing Federation Certification. Summer of 2011 she started working at HHYC as an Assisstant Instructor till summer of this year. Summer of 2013 she completed her ISAF (International Sailing Federation) Dinghy and Senior Instructors Course. Lily is also an accomplished Rugby player also starting at age 7. She joined DeA Tigers and still plays for them as well. She also has represented Hong Kong on four occassions with an U16's team for three tours to Thailand and Japan followed by U18s tour to Thailand again.

Our Staff 

John is from Australia and he studied the IB Sports Science as well as did his GCSE in Sports science as well. He is an acomplished football player as well as hockey player. Starting football at a young age of 4 he took a loving to the sport quickly and played for his school and eventually went on to becoming a football coach. Later when he reached the age of 7 he was introduced to hockey through a friend and after lots of training he was eventually in the U20's National Team for Hong Kong.

Gabbie Fraser

We have Hong Kong born Gabrielle Fraser who is from Great Britian and Hong Kong. She is currently studying Level 3 BTEC Sports at King George V School in Hong Kong. Her two professions are Rugby and Ballet. She started dancing when she was 3, and has been dancing ever since. She picked up rugby when she was 11. She joined DeA Tigers when she started, and is still competing for them. She has represented Hong Kong Bauhinias in Under 16's, with several other team mates. She was recently asked to train with the U17's national team. Due to her place in the U16 Peninsula team (another achievement), she was given the oppertunity to train with the international sevens womens dutch team, in march of 2013. Despite her age, she has been sucessful in the rugby community in Hong Kong.
